Deep tissue
Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that's mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries.
Back Massage
A Back Massage is any type of massage that is performed on the back of an individual. The back is the posterior side of the human torso and starts just above the buttocks and ends just below the neck.
Swedish Massage
This technique involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues.
